The group provides post natal support for parents who have recently had a caesarean section as well as antenatal support for those planning a VBAC (Vaginal Birth After Caesarean). There are doulas and an independent midwife among the group who are on hand to provide expert support and advice. There are also normal mums who have experienced similar births and can provide simple peer support. There are dads among the group as well as mums, dads sometimes need support too.
