Entries
1. All entrants must be the carer of a baby born between 1st September 2008 and 15th November 2009 (inclusive) and reside within the MoorMums area. Where an entrant resides close to the boundary, MoorMums staff will have final say as to whether the entry is valid or not.
2. Failure to provide proof of age and/or address on request will result in disqualification.
3. All entries must be made via our entry form. They must be received between 5th October 2009 and 15th November 2009 inclusive. Entries must be received by the closing date and proof of sending cannot be taken as proof of receipt. MoorMums reserves the right to close the competition to new entries early and without notice.
4. Each entry will receive a confirmation email.
5. A valid entry must contain the entrant’s full name, full postal address, baby’s name and date of birth, baby’s photograph (in jpg format) and a valid email address.
6. By entering the competition, all entrants agree to their entry photograph being published on the MoorMums website and in promotional material sent to local press. Entrants also agree to being photographed and named for promotional purposes if they were to be the winner or a finalist.
7. Only one entry per baby will be accepted. Only one photo per entry.
8. By entering the competition, entrants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to these terms and conditions.
Winner
1. Winners will be selected by a panel of 3 judges – Vicki Gilbert from BabiesCanSign, Lynne O’Malley from Rhythm Time and Lucy Collinson from the Wharfedale NCT. MoorMums reserves the right to change one or all of the judges at any time and without notice.
2. The finalists and winner will be announced during December 2009.
3. If the winners are later disqualified (due to not being able to satisfy the entry rules), alternative winners will be chosen at a later date.
Prize
1. No prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize.
2. Neither MoorMums, nor Servitor Limited, nor Jessica Robinson is liable for any delay or failure by the Promoters (those companies supplying prizes) to deliver any prize or for the quality of the prize or for any loss or damage arising in connection with the competition.
3. Although every effort will be made to ensure that finalists will win one of the prizes they expressed an interest in on their entry form, MoorMums cannot guarantee that each finalist will receive a prize chosen on their entry form.
General
1. All decisions of MoorMums are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
