Equipment required: none needed. Children are requested to have bare feet during the class.

YogaBugs Yorkshire is the first YogaBugs franchise in the region. YogaBugs was featured on Dragon’s Den in 2006.
The classes offer a great mix of simple yoga postures and adventure-led storytelling for children between 2 ½ and 4 years old. Yoga improves children’s co-ordination, flexibility and balance, builds strength and stamina and also promotes healthy sleeping patterns.
Free ‘Try Out’ sessions are being held at Otley Courthouse from Monday 26 – Friday 30 October at 10.50am. Space is limited so parents should call to reserve a place.
