Equipment required: You will need to bring a towel and a pillow, padded floor mats and a bottle of Organic Coldpressed Sunflower oil with vitamin E will be provided.

Classes are small and informal. Courses consist of an hour long class per week for 5 weeks and follow the guidelines of the IAIM. Each week massage of a new area of the babies body is learnt and the previous weeks teaching is reviewed. This culminates in a whole body massage being learnt with a colic routine and gentle exercises also included.
Classes also include discussions covering topics such as massage benefits, the growing child, understanding cues and behavioural states, you will also have the opportunity to socialise with other parents over refreshments.
