Booking required: No, just turn up.
Cost: £3.50 per class (either pay-as-you-go OR block book 10 sessions for £35 get a free DVD or CD. You will receive a card which will be stamped each time you attend, use sessions anytime over 2 terms e.g. between January and July). You can bring 2 children for this price, great for those with twins or 2 young children. Print out a voucher from the website to get your first class FREE.

Age restrictions: From 6-8 months (or when your baby can sit unaided).
