Age restrictions: There are age restrictions for each individual session. Classes start from 6 months and upwards, depending on weight of baby.
Equipment required: The pool requires babies to wear swim nappies. You could also invest in a neoprene wetsuit so that baby doesn’t get too cold.

There is a maximum of 8 babies per class, which makes for a friendly environment. Classes are also available in Harrogate, Thornbury and Leeds.
You may want to take your baby to the local pool to check that he/she likes swimming (most do) before paying up front for a term of classes.

Not only is it a magical moment to see your little one learn to swim but to capture the freedom and pure pleasure in a photograph is priceless and something really different.
You can have a family portrait or all of your children photographed underwater, the children will love the experience and you will definitely love the results. There are no age restrictions on the photo shoot just the ability to swim & the confidence to go underwater.
Please note for baby and toddlers they must be competent underwater and be used to being submerged at least 4-6 times. The health benefits of swimming classes including submersion techniques are well documented and are shown to improve coordination and agility. Without forgetting vital life saving skills.
The price is £25 for the photoshoot, £10 extra for siblings and then you select your prints. Prices are: 7×5 £20.00, 8×6 £25.00, 12×8, £40.00 larger sizes & canvases also available.
