Rhythm Time class
Booking required: Yes, book free trial on the Rhythm Time website or ring the local co-ordinator Lynne O’Malley on 07789 895894.
Cost: £4.15 per class. You pay for a block of usually 6 or 12 classes at a time. Your first 2 sessions are FREE if you mention MoorMums!
Transport: various – mostly on-street parking available
Age restrictions: Birth to 18 months (although your baby probably needs to be at least 4 or 5 weeks). There are also toddler classes for 14 months to 3 yrs.
Equipment required: All equipment is provided.
