Booking required: Yes, book free trial on the Rhythm Time website or ring the local co-ordinator Lynne O’Malley on 07789 895894.

Cost: £4.15 per class.  You pay for a block of usually 6 or 12 classes at a time.  Get 10% off if you mention MoorMums! (NB – this offer is only available for Rhythm Time classes in the MoorMums area).

Transport: various – mostly on-street parking available

Age restrictions: Baby classes – birth to 15 months, toddler classes – 15 months to 3 yrs.

Equipment required: All equipment is provided.
