Age restrictions: From 6 weeks after birth. If you have had a c-section, please speak to Claudia to discuss your individual circumstances, but typically, between 6 and 10 weeks.

There are baby changing facilities plus toilets and changing areas for mums available. Also, there is a facility to make tea and coffee and a seating area.
Claudia also runs antenatal Pilates classes.
