Cost: 1st class is FREE. £22 a month for 4 classes a month, £25 a month for 8 classes per month, £30 a month for as many as you want. That is £5.50 per class for 4 per month, £3.16 per class for 8 per month and potentially as little as £2 per class for unlimited. You can mix and match between locations.
Transport: Parking is available at each location.
Age restrictions: You need clearance from your GP to attend. Typically, you can come from 6 or 12 weeks post-partum depending on delivery.
Equipment required: Loose clothing.

Pramtastic excercise classes are run by Fitness4Mum. The class lasts 60 minutes and takes place in a park so that you can take your baby along in a pram.
