Transport: There is a free car park at the back of the health centre but you may want to bring your wheels as it is a bit of a walk to the entrance.
Age restrictions: Suitable from 6 to 12 weeks.
Equipment required: You will need a towel (to put your baby on), a cushion (for you to sit on) and some massage oil (e.g.: coconut oil).

This is your chance to prove how much of an organised mum you really are! Get to Yeadon for 10am with a baby and a towel and some massage oil and you feel like you should be met with a standing ovation for such an accomplishment. The class is well worth the effort, especially seen as it is free. It is held in a beautiful modern building, the room is lovely and warm and even if your baby doesn’t like massage, it is a nice opportunity to meet other mums in a relaxed atmosphere.
