      MoorMums says:

Being pregnant can be a very challenging experience for our whole being. Physically our body is doing what we were created for, many changes take place and some have uncomfortable side effects. Hormones flood our system changing our moods and making us very emotional. There can be all sorts of fears and anxiety around the pregnancy, labour and birth and beyond.

Practising yoga throughout our life, helps keep our mind, body & spirit healthy & to meet our challenges with grace & ease. Yoga for pregnancy is nurturing, healing & relaxing & helps us find a balance in our new circumstances. It helps us embrace the changes & enjoy this chapter of our life.

      This class consists of:

      • Relaxation – Letting go of the stresses of the day & connecting to self & baby
      • Nada Yoga (Yoga of sound)
      • Gentle Asana (Movement)
      • Pranayama (breath awareness, specifically focusing on practises that are helpful during pregnancy and the birthing process)
