This is a pregnancy version of aqua-aerobics. As the class is run on a weekday, it tends to be fairly quiet with just 4-6 mums-to-be. Exercising in water can be great in pregnancy as the water gives you a sense of weightlessness. After the class, you can stay on for a swim.
