Hi there

I've just launched my new business at www.bigbooklittlebookcardboardbox.co.uk! It's an eco-friendly box for baby & toddler books.

It all came about through one of those 'why has no one invented .....?' moments! :)

And I made my first (non-relative!) sale today :D

I'll sell the boxes direct to any MoorMums for £5 each and can free deliver within 5-mile radius of Burley-in-Wharfedale, or you're welcome to pick up. Please PM me if interested!

have you tried getting in touch with the local toddler groups I am sure you'd get a couple of sales from them.

3210 toddler group is open on a Monday morning at The salem church hall in Burley feel free to come along. Ask for Linda or Caroline

thanks caroline, I'll take you up on that - at the moment I work on Mondays (which is why I've never attended in a 'with toddler' capacity!) but I finish end of August to focus on this full time so I'll pop along along.

Anne: glad you like it! Not sure about dragons den (I wouldn't last a minute!) but I would like to develop the product further by including a cardboard divider (like the ones used to separate wine bottles) that slots into the box and converts it into compartments to hold jigsaw puzzle peices, matchbox cars, little people - basically all those annoying bits that fall to the bottom of the toybox! But I need to wait and see how the main product fares first....

Had my box for a week now and it's fantastic! Great solution that didn't cost the earth (literally and metaphorically!!! :D).
A great service too! The box was dropped off within days!
Can see us needing another one before long (baby number 2 on the way!!)
