Hi

As part of setting up MoorMums, we've learned quite a lot about websites. So we thought it might be a good idea to put our new skills to good use and help other people set up their own website.

We've already started by creating a website for Angela from Yoga Mum (http://www.yogamum.co.uk/).

Angela said: "Thanks again, I'm chuffed to bits with it."

We are not designers in the traditional sense, we use professionally designed templates to create the websites. This means that they are quick and cheap to put together. Once it is set up, you can manage the content through a user-friendly interface. The downside of using templates is that you need to be a bit flexible about design.

If you'd like a nice website for your business, please contact us (http://www.moormums.co.uk/forum/sendmessage.php) for more details.

The same thing happened to me - I had such fun working with my website developer that I thought I would like to do something similar. I enjoyed writing the content, so that was the first thing, then I included proof-reading and so on until it became my second business! My Paperwork (http://www.mypaperwork.co.uk) is quite different from Virtual Balance (https://www.virtualbalance.co.uk/) but I'm enjoying both!

That is a really lovely website, easy to navigate, clear and interesting.

I hope to be working for myself within a couple of years but setting up a website is a long way off yet lol.

Isn't it? And lovely pictures of the classes in action. Unfortunately I'd already got my website before I joined this forum, or I could have asked Jess to do it.
I'm so glad you posted to this thread, as it reminded me to let you know I've had to change the URL to the second website, so I've also changed it's name. It's now My Paperwork (http://www.mypaperwork.co.uk)
