Hello all!
Jess has kindly allowed me to join and post in this forum, though my "baby" days are long over! My daughters are in their forties and my grandchildren range from twenty-something to our littlest girl, who's eight on Sunday.
I found this website because I've realised that many of the issues that apply to "mumpreneurs" are the same for me. I'm going to be semi-retiring soon and working on my new business, Virtual Balance Personal Development.
The reason I'm posting now, apart from to say "Hello", is to ask for your help with a survey I'm doing. I want to know what people think about their work and their life and the balance between them. I remember what it was like to have small children and work full-time and I think you will all have pretty strong opinions about work-life balance!
