Hi all, well, my litttle girl is now 6 months and while I was delighted when all my baby weight dropped off in the first few weeks, it's now stopped, and I've even out a couple of pounds back on.All the books, websites etc say you should try and do exercise dvds or workouts at home during nap times. You what!?? These people obviously have no washing, cleaning, ironing, cooking, catching up with sleep themselves to do! I wondered if anyone can recommend any classes you can do with the babies, or knew of any of these buggy workout classes anywhere? Or indeed any tips to get rid of the wobbliness, without giving up cake altogether?

Get pregnant again? Then it won't matter. And again and again. By the time you've had 5 or 6 kids, you won't have time to notice wobbly bits. Problem solved.
Alternatively, there is a class in bingley listed on MoorMums (http://www.moormums.co.uk/whats-on/classes/post-natal-excercise-class-bingley/).

I know what you mean!! I've started doing sit ups while holding Jack, he thinks its a great game.
Everyone I have talked to has agreed that walking is the best way to lose weight & tone up, throw in a couple of hills too. So I've been on the map my run website & worked out a 4 mile route and hopefully I will manage it all at somepoint, only trouble is the hill will be on the way home
