Hello all mums to be
Just a quick note to let you know that I will be running Daisy Birthing classes at the Children's Centre in Baildon starting 12th January at 7pm. Each term runs for 6 weeks with each class being 1hr 20min.
As an introductory offer the new term is £40 - so £6.66 per class.
Daisy Birthing is a FEDANT approved relaxed active birth education programme for ALL mums to be, whatever birth journey you are planning. By delivering key birthing facts, alongside a range of gentle, rhythmic, repeated yoga-inspired movements, physical metaphor exercises and relaxation/affirmation scripts (all set to their own beautiful labour music), Daisy Birthing classes build muscle memory and help mums-to-be find intuitive techniques to enable them to enjoy a more comfortable birth experience. You learn as you move!
Gentle, repeated movement can alleviate a range of pregnancy issues and help baby into optimum position for birth. The relaxations, birth affirmations and breathing exercises can help you to relax your body and mind, improve energy levels, and teach vital birth confidence. All this helps you to prepare for birth physically and emotionally.
Relaxed, positive mums are more likely to experience relaxed, positive births!
