doing the sociable thing and saying hi to all, also introducing meself.
my name is neil (yeah, the dad!), the other half's kate and the little monster
goes by jack. (hence the user name.....)
we have 2 dogs, a collie cross and a westie, enjoy walks, getting out, generally being kids and sending mum off to work. i do the jack thing
full time, along with sorting the various problems out along the way. (engineering before this "stay at home stuff")
anyway, enough rambling for now, hope to be around here for a bit!

Hello Neil

Welcome to MoorMums. It is brilliant to finally get a SAHD on the forum (stay at home dad).

We'd really like to have a section specially for SAHD's on the main site with top tips on how to meet other SAHD's and stuff to do. Only problem is, I'm not SAH or a dad. So my top tips are limited!

Please do get in touch if you'd like to help us set this kind of thing up.

Failing that, welcome to the site and I hope you find the information useful.

Jess

Neil,
I think I know you....in fact I think I used to work for the same veterinary group as Kate.....did she work for Companion Care? Also a few of Mr Flacks parties.
Winstons walks are normally at 5am on the moors, he does get about in the afternoons too sometimes.

I didn't realise St johns did a group on Thursday, I'll have a look into that thanks

filled with curiosity now.......

were you at dans house when he lived up moorfield ave, the night of wine drinking from plastic champagne glasses and thermite experiments with television sets......??

the st johns group is half 9 till 11 ish, just turn up, £1.20 if you want juice and biscuits and coffee, otherwise free.

we're there regular, tho not always for half 9! look out for the 3 wheel off road buggy with dummy hangin' from a dog lead!
