View Full Version : Silent poo?

Hi

Frank (nearly 12 wks) has been in a routine of poo-ing about every 2-4 days (apparently that's normal for breast-fed babies). When he goes, we are usually alerted to the fact with a big whoosh sound. However, yesterday, there was no sound... first I knew was that (lovely) baby-poo smell. We're just not sure how he managed to produce such a large lake of bright orange poo in silence. Has this happened to anyone else?

For what it's worth, I'm 32 years old and the same still happens to me - albeit very rarely.

Hmm, maybe he takes after his dad then...

Hi Guys, the site looks fab, you are clever. Maybe Frank did it whilst you were out of the room. My son had a temperature of 38.6 today so had a big panic, by the time I got to the docs it was 37.1, had a good check up and they said to keep a close eye on him. They do worry us dont they!

Glad your son is ok after all. Has he had his jabs recently? That sometimes gives them a temperature. Owen tells me that Frank has been 38.6 before but I think it must be that dodgy thermometer we got from ebay that read out the temperature in French.

No Jabs yet, I have that joy next week. Broken night last night so I think the little chat is under the weather
