We recently had the toes burnt by this store - they advertise quite agressively on the search engines and their prices are quite tempting... but if you're thinking of buying from them (or if anyone you like might be likely to use them) - check out this link to watchdog first. They are so bad it's impressive - 2 main problems - firstly they dont tell you whether something is in stock before they take your order but they do pocket the money. And then they dont have an aftersales number. There seem to be hundreds of people that dont get the gear they order - and getting money refunded takes a mammoth effort. Rich wrote to trading standards, watchdog - and visa - and 3 months on they have finally sent a cheque.
