I made fish pie for Daniel yesterday. It was dead easy - I can't claim this as my own recipe though, I got it from another mum (thanks Kirsty).
Got some fish from Tesco (just asked at the counter for something for a baby) - Vietnamese Cobbler.
Chopped it up into chunks (ran it through my fingers first to check for bones).
Put it in a pie dish with a pot of double cream and some chives.
Put some frozen mash on top (this is the bad mummy part, Aunt Bessie's frozen mash has salt in, you should really make your own mash).
Grated some full fat cheddar on top (I wouldn't do this again as it just created chunks of cheese which were later spat out at me).
Put in the oven on 180C for 45mins.
Voila!
Daniel loved it.
Any other dead easy recipes?? Do they sell frozen mash without salt?
