Hello I have just registered & thought I would introduce myself.
My name is Tania & I live in Bingley my husband & our baby ,Jacob, who is 7 weeks old - we are just starting to get out & about!
I wonder if anyone has any suggestions about which groups in the area etc to attend without feeling like a spare part? Also are there any groups actually in Bingley apart from the post natal one at the little house?

Yes, there's lots to be getting up to in Bingley. I've heard the exercise class (http://www.moormums.co.uk/whats-on/classes/post-natal-excercise-class-bingley/) on Thursday mornings in the park is great.

Kindermusik (http://www.moormums.co.uk/whats-on/classes/kindermusik-gilstead/) is a music class for babies in Gilstead. There is a discount if you quote MoorMums when you book.

There are a few classes for when Jacob is a bit older - Babies Can Sign (http://www.moormums.co.uk/whats-on/classes/babies-can-sign-guiseley-and-baildon/) and Jo Jingles (http://www.moormums.co.uk/whats-on/classes/jo-jingles-ilkley-menston-bingley-and-yeadon/).
