Watch with baby at the IMAX

Just to let you all know. I went to the Cinema this morning for watch with baby and only four other girls turned up. The manager said if there aren't many mums next week they might stop running it. If you can think of anyone who might be interested please let them know about it. We really enjoy going. Next week it's a French film, The Class. At least if you don't speak French you'll be able to read the subtitles if the babies are noisy. They were all very well behaved today though with it being quiet.

There is a carpark very near at Radwell drive and it's only £1.50. It would be a shame if it gets scrapped.

The Class is a French movie about life in a tough Paris school. It has won the coveted Palme d'Or at the Cannes Film Festival. The prize, awarded by a jury headed by Sean Penn, came at the end of the world's most prestigious film festival. Directed by Laurent Cantet, The Class uses real students and teachers to chronicle a year in their lives.

So a bit like Big Brother but in a school! And if nothing else, it'll probably make you feel smug about how nice schools are over here compared to France.

This event has now moved to Wednesdays. The next film to be shown will be Casino Royale on Wednesday 18th March. Followed by Personal Services on 25th March.
