This is a good place to have a quick cup of tea and a cake after a walk around the park. (See MoorMums walk). There is a great view out over the lake from the cafe. High chairs are available and the cafe staff are generally welcoming to babies and toddlers.
The cafe does ask parents and carers to be considerate when parking up their pushchairs/buggies. At busy times (between 11.30am and 2.30pm), you are asked to leave your buggy outside or in the lobby.
