Change facilities: At present, if parents have their own change mat (the type that come with the nappy bag), staff are more than happy to provide a space in another room for parents to use. They do not have a toilet that is available to the public generally yet as access to it is through an unused/undecorated room. However they have yet to refuse anyone, particularly those with young children or pregnant women, use of the toilet facilities. They are planning to decorate the spare room and turn it into a space for baby changing and perhaps even a nursing corner for breastfeeding mums.

The owner was really friendly and happily made my 3-year-old a healthy shake rather than a mars bar one which everyone else seemed to want. The owners have 3 young children so are more than happy to have mums/toddlers/babies in there. No highchairs but it isn’t the sort of place to linger for long.”
They periodically have colouring in pictures available on the counter for children which once completed are displayed in the shop on the wall. Up to date, the most prams they have had in the shop at any one time was 5 and a double buggy – so lots of space!
