MoorMum Barbara says:
There were plenty of animals to see and the park was well laid out which was perfect for the pram. Lots of picnic benches for sitting at with a picnic lunch although there were two cafe areas, both of which served food.
It took about 2.5 hours to see all of the animals at the park and to walk round it all (including 10 minutes on the slides!). You could walk through the lemur wood, play on a massive wooden play park and, walk right round the lion enclosure. There’s a small indoor area which has astroglides for slightly older children. Lots of babychanging areas and toilets around the park. Overall, the park was perfect for walking – 4 year olds.
The website recommends that you check on the day to see if the park is open as it may have to close in really bad weather.
Always check that the venue is open before setting off.
